At Acantha Boutique Hotel we pay attention to every little detail when it comes to dining. Whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner, we only use local fresh ingredients. At our Mediterranean-influenced menu we use fresh and local ingredients in a creative way while all fresh organic herbs come directly from our garden. Sea food and fish is a must here as we offer fresh fish from local fishermen everyday.
We mainly use quality, PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) products and we are always happy to cater special dietary needs.

Our Chef

Chef Theo Stamoulis fell madly in love with the culinary scene in NYC back in 1997 when he first began his studies at the French Culinary Institute under French tutelage and the deans Chefs Jacques Pepin and Andres Soltner. With experience in the industry over the last 15 years across a wide array of cuisines, since 2011 he began shifting his focus towards small luxury estates where he could compose menus more freely for his guests. The most notable of these collaboration being that with Mountain Exposure, a top rated luxury chalet rental company based out of Zermatt, Switzerland. Within this environment, Chef Theo was able to delight his guests with both his friendly outgoing personality and his ability to deliver new creations daily that celebrated locally sourced products
